9. NeNe Leakes: | mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and rhinoplasty
In between seasons of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, NeNe Leakes decided she “wanted a tune-up”. Very pleased with her decision and the result, she says openly, “I love what I did. I didn’t want to change my looks. I wanted to look like the black woman I am, only a better version” Rene wanted to shape her nose and reduce the size of her nostrils. She had also lost weight, so she reduced and lifted her breasts, and sculpted her core with abdominoplasty. “My curves look very nice in tight dresses!” she says. “I couldn’t be happier.” [10]

The “High School Musical” star admitted undergoing rhinoplasty in 2007. She told People Magazine, “Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing. The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.”[11].
